      Dear Sherry,

      Bob and I want to thank you for all the help that you gave us with the house. Without you we would still be in the

      house on the hill with all the snow and cold.

      The wire transfer came through just fine.  We also just received the tax bill for the Sunapee house. At least

      that's all take care of.

      We also want to thank you for the lovely book on New Hampshire and the maple syrup. I have it standing in

      a special spot in the kitchen of the condo.  We don't plan on using it until we are in the new house.

      The trip down was fine. Bob thought he had a problem in New York.  He thought the tailgate opened and the

      cat was loose.  Fortunately it didn't happen; it was a tractor trailer having a problem.  Once we got through that,

      the trip was uneventful.  The cat wasn't too happy staying in the motels but he managed.  Bob kept giving

      him catnip to keep him quiet.  It worked just fine.

      Well, Sherry, thanks again for everything  It anyone asks us, you will be the first real estate person we will

      recommend.  Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

      In early 2006, Sherry helped sell our vacation property in Sunapee quickly and for a high price. She

      was always courteous, available, and was completely trustworthy.  She knows the area well and identified

      differentiators of our cabin to competing properties.  She helped to set a good price, focused the marketing

      successfully, and got it listed promptly.  We had showings to suitable buyers immediately, and started getting

      offers quickly.  She helped us evaluate competing offers from different buyers and managed multiple

     proposals, giving us good advice. Then she effectively managed the complications in the inspection process,

     was there to meet inspectors, and helped arrange local contractors for remediation as necessary.  With

     Sherry's help the closing went smoothly. I felt she went beyond expectations many times and we enjoyed

   we have looked at a large number of properties, some which have been over 30 miles away.  She sets up

   a showing within a day or so that we can see properties as soon as we can. When something comes up that

   fits the description of a property she knows we would be interested in, Sherry will call us to tell us about it

   and often we are the first to see a new listing.

   Our house is readdy to be listed, as Sherry has already come to prepara a market assessment of our

  property and take pictures.  When the right house pops up, we will be ready to list our home.  I would not

  consider another realtor.  We have the very best.
